LAND O' LAKES  CROSS COUNTRY

• Coach Mike Zwijacz has coached at Land O' Lakes since Spring 2015. In his first 3 seasons the Boys and Girls teams have advanced to the State Meet 3 consecutive years. Boys have won 3 District Titles and Girls have won 2 District Titles and the Sunshine Athletic Conference Title. Mike ran for Newsome High School in Lithia, Florida, and later for the University of Tampa.

• Coach Cesar Castillo is an Alumni of Land O'  Lakes Cross Country, having graduated in 2019. In his first year coaching the 2022 Lady Gators, they advanced to the State Meet and finished 23rd in 4A
